Remember that time you needed to go grocery shopping YESTERDAY and now you are hungry!


  • Healthy Choice chicken & rice soup
  • 1 can white meat chicken
  • pickles – chopped
  • red pepper seasoning
  • lemon pepper seasoning


  1. forget to grocery shop
  2. look for what’s in the pantry
  3. heat soup in microwave
  4. open canned chicken drain and mix in chopped pickles and seasoning
  5. combine with hot soup
